2. Product and Service Description
RideOnBikes specializes in selling high-quality bicycles, including road bikes, mountain bikes, and electric models, catering to both casual riders and professional cyclists. Our bicycles are carefully selected and maintained to provide the best riding experience for our customers.
3. Booking and Payment
To book a bicycle rental, customers must provide their personal and payment information. By providing this information, customers confirm that they are authorized to use the payment method and authorize RideOnBikes to charge the provided amount. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start date will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
5. Liability
RideOnBikes is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the use of our bicycles. Customers are responsible for their own safety and must follow all traffic laws and regulations while riding our bicycles.
